Finance Manager/Senior Accountant

Full Time

The Finance Manager/Senior Accountant will manage the overall accounting, treasury and financial reporting for the company in compliance with local and international guidelines and laws.

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities with the Finance team: books & records general accounting
• Perform treasury function (cash flow forecast/analysis and reporting), supervise banking transactions and payroll
• Manage local financial statements (TB/P&L/BS) and monthly/quarterly/yearly closing
• Prepare and report to executives on managerial accounting reports for periodic overview
  • Track, Analyze and monitor A/R and A/P, filing and reporting
  • Report Monthly, Quarterly, Half Year recaps
  • Manage reporting to Headquarter (weekly, monthly and annually)
• Prepare business plan in respect to future sales and perform periodical managerial review in compliance with company policy/guideline
• Manage compliances, tax filing with external service organizations / year-end external audit (Regular & Irregular) / Internal audit / corporate compliance topics
• Reconcile inter-company debit/credit notes
• Documents and safekeeping; employee expense management
• Assist the executive with Ad-hoc reporting when needed
• Attend weekly meetings with the Korean Headquarters, must be flexible with work hours to accommodate the time difference.
• Work closely with Human Resources for budgeting such as training, recruitment, staffing, incentives and performance evaluation in terms of their cost and dollar benefit to the organization.

• BS degree in Accounting / Finance or a related discipline
• 5-6 years of accounting practice or equivalent experience
• Must be fluent, both written and spoken in English and Korean
• 1-2 years of Managerial Experience
• Proficiency with PC software, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Must have SAP and ADP experience
• SuccessFactors and Salesforce experience is preferred
• Broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including people development/coaching, objective setting, and measurement skills usually in first level leaders.
