Intellian base in Europe shows commitment to global growth and customer support

Irvine, Calif. - Intellian, the world’s technological leader in marine satellite antennas, has opened a sales and support office, Intellian B.V. in Rotterdam, Netherlands as part of its global expansion within the commercial shipping, fishing and leisure marine markets. The new office strengthens the company’s commitment to provide sales and technical assistance to customers throughout the world.

EU Operations Manager, Jade Kwon heads up the office in Rotterdam and is joined by Jon Harrison, recently appointed Senior Director of Global Sales & Business Development, who will be working from Rotterdam and the UK. Jon Harrison comments on the office opening: ―The 542m2 office complex includes a conference and training suite which I am positive will be a great asset and particularly beneficial when we present products and services to our dealers and other partners.

“Intellian has been designing and manufacturing technically advanced VSAT and satellite antennas specifically for the marine market for seven years and during the past three years, we have opened two offices in the USA to support our growing presence in this market. The addition of the latest office, which incorporates a spares warehouse on-site, will enable us to reach customers in Europe with even greater efficiency.

Intellian designs, tests and manufactures from its in-house Innovation Center, featuring a design and manufacturing facility located in Seoul, South Korea, and currently has plans for the introduction of several sophisticated new products this year.
